Going to try and blog this up a bit

I’ve been told by a few people that it’s helpful to update a blog while you’re going through cancer treatment. It can take a lot of energy to keep everyone individually updated, so instead of not saying anything at all to everyone individually, I’ll be posting up some updates on how things are going. I’ll actually probably post more about non cancer stuff, cause cancer fucking sucks and it can go take the back seat most of the time.

    Hey Again,
We had no idea about your blog, and so that is why your just getting comments from us. Well every word you said is true. And no matter what the illness if it can take a back seat, let it have it. A Quote I often go to when people say “But how can you keep going “. Quote “You never know how strong you are, till being strong is the only choice you have.”
Sometimes some offer like when I had my PICC Line and I was able to take my phenergan IV and my steroids IV, best 9 months of quality life I’ve had since I don’t know when. And it was around the clock work, flushing, giving meds, making sure it was clean and dry, you know all the drill’s by now I’m sure.
We had a opportunity to do something, and when we got the call, the person was so afraid we’d say no, but my new thing was “WHY NOT!” We only live once, and I am so glad we took the chance and went and had a blast. Will always have great memories. When diagnosed with cancer or any life altering illness like you said, you can dwell in it, or you can do something good with it. You are amazing, never change. Not to say there won’t be bad days, or rough times, but you set a incredible example for us all.
Love You so much, keep in touch,
    Jessi
Give Alex our love!!! Doggies too!!!
